Carly Ziter

Carly is a Canadian ecologist working at the intersection of ecosystem services, biodiversity, and landscape ecology. She holds a BSc in environmental biology and statistics from the University of Guelph, an MSc in biology and natural resource sciences from McGill University, and is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to research, Carly has a strong interest in science outreach and education, and is particularly interested in the use of social media in science communication. When outside of the lab/field, Carly enjoys hiking, running, baking, and writing, and will never say no to a game of scrabble.
